Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Fundgrow (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. The Service

Fundgrow is a capital-raising intelligence CRM: a private workflow layer over a shared investor universe assembled from public and licensed sources. Features, plans, and availability may change. The Service is a productivity tool and does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, verify your email, and are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the members you invite. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully; do not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or circumvent access controls; do not upload data you lack the rights to process; and respect the privacy and data-protection rights of the individuals whose information you handle.

5. Fees, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis; a free trial may precede your first charge. Fees are exclusive of taxes. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. See the billing page to manage or cancel your plan.

6. Your data & content

You retain ownership of the data you put into your workspace. You grant Fundgrow a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy. Your private workspace data is isolated from other customers (see Security).

7. Intellectual property

Fundgrow and its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant no rights to our marks or IP beyond using the Service as permitted.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Data surfaced by the Service may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or to comply with law. On termination your workspace data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

10. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. The operating entity and governing law/venue are to be finalized by counsel before launch. Questions: legal@fundgrow.ai.
