Overview

This policy explains what information Fundgrow collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and application.

Information we collect

  • Account data — name, work email, workspace name, and authentication metadata.
  • Workspace/CRM data you add — firms, contacts, notes, engagements, and connected mailbox items.
  • Usage & logs — actions, device/browser, IP, and diagnostic events.
  • Payment data — handled by Stripe; we store subscription status, not full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate you and send transactional email (verification, receipts, alerts); to process billing; and to provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing & subprocessors

We share data with vetted service providers strictly to operate the Service — see our Subprocessors list. We may disclose data if required by law. Your private workspace data is isolated from other customers.

Data location, security & retention

Data is hosted with our US-based infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel). We apply the safeguards described in our Security overview and retain data while your account is active and as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Admins can manage workspace data in-app; for other requests contact privacy@fundgrow.ai.

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children & changes

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions: privacy@fundgrow.ai.
